In this project, I built a recruitment platform from scratch, transforming the client’s idea into reality. The platform allows companies to share both positive and negative feedback about employees and offers legal consultancy on labor laws across different U.S. states. It also features tools to set goals and track team productivity. I began by gathering references to align the product’s vision with the client’s expectations. After conducting research, I suggested additional functionalities to further the product’s success. I then developed a User Flow, which was approved, followed by the creation of low-fidelity wireframes. Finally, I delivered a fully navigable, high-fidelity prototype for the client.
